I was contacted by a recruiter that found my profile online. There was a short prescreen then in the following three weeks I spoke to two managers and a director and two hiring managers from the territory I was going to be assigned, all separately. Everything was over the phone including the job offer. I never met any managers in person since they were in other parts of the country. It was a basic windowless office with cubicles, coworkers were friendly and supportive.
