I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JPMorganChase (Salt Lake City, UT) in Feb 2011
Interview
The entire process took about 3 weeks. It started with a test that I took after pre-screening. The online test was about simple math skills, it will be easy for anyone who has been through high-school. I was then contacted by a recruiter who phone interviewed me, then I went into the branch for an in-person interview. After they extended an offer to me, I had to get fingerprinted, drug-tested, and do a bunch of other paper-work.

Tell me about a time when... you had a difficult customer service experience
Straightforward. Calm. Very congenial. Nice people smart and honest. Would definitely consider working here given the caliber of talent. Quantitative questions werent too difficult. Just some math like addition subtraction multiplication division and quadratic equations.
