The process started with a simple phone screen and then two follow up calls with hiring manager. The phone screen was with the recruiter and she asked typical questions about my background, reviewed position and asked how my exp would add value to the new team.

Es todo virtual, no hablas con nadie, son preguntas en ingles ya hechas, son 5 preguntas y tenes 2 intentos para mandarlas. El primer intento no lo ve nadie. Tenes tambien una pagina para practicar mas o menos como funciona la web

Didnt make it to the second round although i though i did pretty good in the first round. Think you definately need a referal from someoen to make it to the second round
