This was a two-part interview. I interviewed with one of the HR reps and then one of the hiring managers. The first one was a phone call and it was fairly straightforward. They were looking to understand what I'm looking for and the type of hours I'd want. Mostly just looking to see you had an interest in the position and work itself. The second interview was mostly just setting you up to understand how the job itself worked and how your responsibilities would look in the role. It was a very easy interview and the interviewers were very professional in how they handled the role itself.
