I applied online. I interviewed at Jackson County Oregon (Medford, OR) in Sept 2014
Interview
2 panel interview. They asked a variety of rather simple questions that pulled from personal experiences more than professional. The supervisor and her supervisor were the ones conducting interviews. They took turns asking questions. I received a phone call later that afternoon with a job offer. During the interview, they both failed to answer my questions regarding the rate of pay. So when I received a phone call offering me the positing, I had to once again ask about the rate of pay. The supervisor had to call me back before she was able to give me a number. When she called back again, she came back with a figure that was acceptable.
