I had an interview through Zoom with 3 managers who have their own team of Billing Coordinators. They were super nice and asked a lot of questions. I was very comfortable speaking to them.

Interview
It was fairly straight forward. The first interview was via phone for about 15 minutes and the second round of interviews was about 30-45 minutes and conducted on Teams. The first meeting was with only one person, but the next meeting was with all of the regional supervisors.
