Lengthy and thorough. You go through several rounds of interviews and the last interview is over two hours with many attorneys. You also need to have excellent grades. I got to the interview stage through networking but ultimately didn’t make the cut because of my grades. I was not a top 10 student.

Interview
It was a group screener interview with three attorneys over coffee (as opposed to an on-campus interview -- they didn't get the yield out of OCI that they had hoped for) followed by a standard summer associate callback interview: a series of five 20-30 minute interviews in a row with partners and associates in different groups. The series of interviews was followed by dinner with a partner and two associates.
