The interview process was great! The interviewers were incredibly kind and helpful across the entire process. Conversations felt very organic and the interview became more of an introduction and discussion of my background, interest, goals and alignment with the company.

Interview
To my memory, the interview process was pretty relaxed. There was an initial recruiter meeting (culture fit), followed by the software lead (technical), then an in-person office tour (goals and expectations). The technical was a discussion of tech knowledge followed by 2 simple coding questions:
1. Write a function to find the second largest element in an unsorted array of numbers.
2. Write a function that takes two strings as inputs and returns true if they are anagrams of each other, and false otherwise.
