I had a very positive experience interviewing with Janel Group. The entire process was completed in under a month and consisted of four stages. It started with an initial conversation focused on cultural fit, which felt very human and welcoming. Next, I had a technical interview where I solved a problem that wasn’t overly difficult, but preparing in advance and having a small application ready the day before definitely helped. After that, I had another technical interview with members of the team I would be working with, which was a great opportunity to connect and better understand the day-to-day work. Finally, I had a conversation with the President of the group, which was also a very positive experience. Overall, while the process had multiple steps, it felt smooth, well-structured, and genuinely human throughout. I’m very happy to have accepted the offer.

I was scouted via LinkedIn by a recruiter who expressed strong interest in my background. The initial screening interview went very well; the recruiter was professional, polite, and engaging. However, the process stalled immediately afterward. I never received a follow-up or any feedback regarding my candidacy—not even a standard automated rejection.
