James City County interview questions

Panel interview with Chief of Benefits Programs and other potential Supervisors. Each person asked several questions and candidate provided answers. There was also a knowledge test involving mathematical problems and conflict resolution.

One interview with basic questions followed but some situational questions. Started with questions about myself and past work. Also why you want to work in this position. After the basic interview questions they’ll ask what you would do in certain situations and if you have ever work with individuals with special needs.
