James Walker Group interview questions

I was looking for a change after over 20 years in marketing communications, and before my retirement. I was interviewed by our overall marketing director who is responsible for knowledge management in the organisation. We agreed a process to handover from marcoms to community management whilst still allowing my former team to quiz me when required. We also discussed how my predecessor would handover the community management reigns to me.
