Interview
I actually interview for the chemical engineering position, but the official title is listed above. First had a phone interview that went really well, it was very informal and seemed more just like a get to know each other thing. No technical or typical interview questions were asked.
About a month later I went in for the second interview and a site tour up in Sedro Woolley. This was an all day thing that consisted of first being shown the facilities run by Janicki Industries (the original company) and then meeting with five different members of the engineering team. Finally, wrapped up the day by taking me out to lunch at a local restaurant. Most questions and interview style was informal, other than one guy asking a few technical questions about thermodynamics.
