Question 1
How would you design a cart to move something heavy across a factory floor?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Janicki Industries (Sedro-Woolley, WA) in Feb 2018
Interview
First they have you drive to their headquarters in downtown Sedro-Wooly just to sign in and get your visitor badge. Then you will drive to the facility you are being interviewed at and will be given a tour of the facility. This is an excellent opportunity to ask questions and show that you are actually interested in working their. Then after the tour we sat down in an office for the interview. My interview was very relaxed and we just talked more about the company. I left feeling confident and ended up getting a call back for the internship.
