The team leader was super nice and friendly , the whole process was very chilled
It was quite nerve wrecking. I had to take some time to comprehend my thoughts when answering the employer’s questions. I kept a positive attitude and answered the questions with enthusiasm to ensure that the employer would take consideration that I would be a well addition to the team.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Jebsen & Jessen in Jul 2024
Interview
I received a message from HR and I was told to have a face to face interview at the office.
I met with the GM and HOD of the admin department. The whole interview process was unprofessional, and the attitude from the GM was unbearable.
The GM kept on targeting my part-time work experience as if it was a bad thing, with comments like: "Why are you still working as a part-timer and not as a full-timer?" and "You know we don't count part-time work as experiences right? Normally part-timers are only there to do a single job." (Well what would you have me do instead? Just stay at home and do nothing while I look for Full-Time work?)
If you're going to be so unprofessional, then why even bother having me come down in the first place? This was a waste of everybody's time.
