Jeenie interview questions

I applied online, they ask you to use their platform to record a video talking about your experience and why you want to work with them. If they like you, they’ll make you have a mock call. Next, you have to watch a series of videos followed by a test that has only 2 attempts. They will make fill out more tests. I never had a conversation with a real person, it was all an automated email after another. Finally, I was scheduled for the test call, it was supposed to be simple. So far, nobody had talked to me about min/hour rates. 4 hours before my test call, they send me an email saying ’We have not had needs for your language(s) increase to the point where we need new interpreters’ and that whenever they need me, someone will get in touch. After making me waste all that time watching their videos, solving their tests and making time for speeding up my progress. I’m really disappointed.
