Communication and feedback were clear and consistent throughout the interview process, which lasted about one month (largely due to my own scheduling conflicts). I was initially contacted through LinkedIn. The process consisted of a pre-screen, an interview with a team member, a take home case study (mostly SQL based) with a follow up round to discuss my results, a case-study style round with the COO, and a behavioral interview with a cofounder. There were a few other informal conversations in between these, where my main contact helped me decide between two possible open positions that I could have pursued–genuine advice that I really appreciated. I was also given the opportunity to speak with several other people I would be working with before deciding to accept my offer. Everyone was very friendly and asked fair and relevant questions.
