Like a full blown interrogation, cared very little about my skill set. They hyper focused on metrics that were completely irrelevant especially when I had all my performance metrics dialed in but to them that wasn’t enough- it felt like they were trying to dig up info on the companies I worked for rather than interview me

Question 1
Asked me how many dials in a week when my company used a dialer and we only focused on calls answered (dialer changed weekly- one week you might get 500 dials and another you might get 200 depending on marketing pushes and your schedule)

Interview
The interview process was very fair and balanced. The interviewers were very prompt and respectful of time, and the overall process was very efficient. I had an initial interview followed by a final round interview before receiving an offer.
