I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jet
Interview
It was quite strange. I was very attracted to the stated values of the company, but didn't see that being played out within recruiting. I had a couple of great conversations via phone with some team members and I completed the skills test. I was then asked about my availability to come on site the following week for interviews. However, the next day, I was told I wasn't a fit for the role. Confused, I asked the recruiter for specific feedback and didn't get anything more than other people were a better fit.
The interview was set up like a super day. There were a series of short interviews with a variety of people, as well as an information session. Some of the interviews were technical.
