Applied through a recruiter. I had 2 Phone interviews with different engineers at Jet. Both were very similar. I described projects that I had worked on and then they asked technical/coding questions - Interviewers were very pleasant and worked with me on questions I wasn't 100% sure of the answer. Was very open about the technology and work environment at jet.com
