The interview process includes an initial screening, followed by technical and behavioral rounds, case discussions or task assessments, and a final HR interview to evaluate skills, mindset, and cultural fit.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Jiko in Mar 2025
Interview
I met with People Leader over Zoom (Methika) and this is where the joke and unprofessionalism started. She comes out as an unprofessional person had little to no people skills. I can now vouch for all the reviews employees have posted. When the first person you meet is the people and culture leader you would expect professionalism but not a penny worth is what I got. To this day I have not seen a response from her while I sent her 3 messages, stay away from this Company.
