Interview
The interview process at Jimmy Johns was easy. A part of getting the job was memorizing the menu items. They test you on the memorization of the menu. It was fairly easy to memorize.

They want to know your background and why you're interested in working at Jimmy John's.
so hard but i dont think my experience or lack of really helped me in the process. didn't know my condiments well at all either so that probably hurt me a little bit
Asked for my past experience in food service industry and my education background. Everything was pretty straight forward and it was a pleasant interview experience. The manager told me the starting pay and how I can advance, I also spoke with people that were there longer.
Very easy, Just simple questions, and was a very brief offer. Was offered a position on the spot. Just go in with an open mind, very negotiable with pay, and great staff.
