I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jina AI in Mar 2022
Interview
Discussed ML and solved the only programming task. After the technical interview thay ghosted. Even though there were about 2 or 3 calls in total. I've tried to reach their HR and even peers who were interviewing me, yet they decided to ignore. I don't mind being rejected, it's okay, but have enough courage and decency to inform your candidate.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly it was based on my experience, plus talked about neural search and deep learning
The process went like this: half an hour interview (apart from general motivational and getting-to-know questions, a small Python questionaire), a coding challenge, peer interview (more spesific technical questions and a small coding interview). The interviewers are very pleasant to talk to.
The coding challenges are quiet easy and target average programming skills. The technical questions are mainly directed towards neural search field and relevant field you may have claimed you know.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jina AI (Berlin) in Dec 2021
