Interview
First initial interview, more focused around previous experience and values. They mainly want to see if you would fit in the company culture and you can show empathy. Also some technical questions but not too much.

Question 1
Tech task is to Write a small app BE and FE (possibly Angular) handling jobs and candidates based on skills. Requires writing a small algorithm for matching and also some sort of unit test for the algorithm. Share the app via some sort of repo(e.g. Github) and show it took you around 3/4 hours to do it.
