Multiple interviews, with many different JFF personnel, a presentation to a large team, and an in person visit to a JFF event. Overall, a rigorous, thorough, and very professional process.

very congenial and informal; i knew a number of the people there already and there was mutual interest in my coming onto the staff. The interviewer was very interested in a book I had written as well as in my experiences as a professor, but also in my work with high school college partnerships.
