We use a skills-first and competency-based approach to candidate assessment, which means we prioritize learning about what you have done and what you can do. We are constantly working hard to ensure that we are mindful of timelines and we know that our process can feel rigorous. However, we are committed to ensuring that we are involving a diversity of voices and at times includes multiples steps to engage deeply with candidates.
We hope that through our interview process, you will get a sense of who we are and how we approach our work.
