Phone call for 30 min with the recruiter, then if selected online interview with hiring manager and 1 of the supervisors. Throughout the interview you will answer questions in the STAR format (Situation/Task, Action and Result). It was 1 hour long, which is a lot in my opinion, the hiring manager had to explain every situation by reading a whole paragraph before asking each question !! which is a real waste of time. i didnt have the chance to talk about my experience or my knowledge because i had to talk about specific situations for the STAR method. Except the recruiter, they don't seem having a good experience in interiviewing or hiring specialists, or maybe it is because everything has to be done online now due to covid.
