The interview consisted of a group tour, an electronics written test, and a practical test. There was also a 15 minute one to one interview, which was casual and relating studies and working at johnsons.

Had a very bad experience with them.
They are not really hiring people. Just let you come and ask a lot of issues they encountered. Some questions were not even related to the position like material cost and supply chain.

I apllied through campus placement. the whole interview process was for a period of two days. The first round was an online test mainly on thermodynamics. The second round was technical interview where questions like refrigeration cycle and other basics control system questions will be asked. The final interview will be a HR or a technical one again based on your performance in the 1st technical round.
