      I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Johnson Controls (Madrid) in Oct 2017

      Interview

      Had interview with HR aimed at knowing the candidate and understanding the motivation for the role and company. Personality test was done before moving to the next step. Later on I was interviewed by the former Head of Operations to understand my personal situation and review my professional history and experiences As final round, I met the local CEO Process too more than 3 months and the process progressed different from how it was originally explained by HR
