I went through only 1 technical round. It was very clear in 1st round only that my skill set were not matching for their current position. Still they took the interview very patiently. After confirmation of skill miss match i have been called by manager and clearly told the situation. Even i was not make it through but the experience was good. Mostly importantly they value your time which is most important.
