Applied online. Phone interview. A brief walkthrough with a question and answer session. After a few emails back and forth an offer letter was extended. Overall a simple process.
Smooth. Process included sit down conversation with both of my direct supervisors. Basic questioning of professional expertise and then discussions on Johnson Controls values of safety and work life balance.
