Timed web cam, two in person.
They first have you record your answers in a skype like video format, Each question is timed. 40 seconds to read and one minute to answer. Then if you pass that, there are two in person interviews.

Interview
We didn’t have kind of interview. Just self introduction with very kind Interac with manager and supervisor. They taught us safety protocols and the process of work to do. They practiced us with the things that were unknown and taught us many other thing.
Phone interview with HR, then the manager in Singapore who was a very nice lady and explained the job responsibilities in detail, then stakeholders in Shanghai but they cancelled the interview two hours before the scheduled interview time.
