The interview process was online with 2 stages. 1 with manager and another with General Manager. I didn't have to take any leave since they are located overseas. Had a few negotiations until we closed the deal.

Internal interviewing practices are a joke with no standardized cadence. Half the time you are treated like an outside candidate by HR. No communication on decisions leaves a bad taste as an internal candidate.
