I completed two rounds of interviews with JCI Cavasia, but the experience afterward was extremely disappointing.
After the interviews, there was absolutely no follow-up or feedback provided. I had to reach out to HR twice just to check on my application status, and both times my messages were completely ignored. This lack of basic communication reflects poorly on the company’s professionalism and respect for candidates’ time and effort.
Another concern was the alignment between the role and the people involved. During the process, it seemed that some individuals engaged in the interview or team discussions did not have a clear connection to the role itself, which made the overall process feel disorganized and inconsistent.
Overall, the entire experience felt unprofessional and discouraging. A company of this scale should have more structured hiring processes, timely communication, and a more respectful approach toward candidates.
