The interview questions are straight to the job role and specific about the industry / products. Initially met 1:1 screening and second round met with the 2 member panel. Both the interviews are open to listen the ideas from the candidate.

Was asked to give a detailed presentation about how do I handle the role if I got the job. Given the permission to visit the stores and talk with the officials before preparing my presentation.
