I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Juggle Jobs (London, England) in Jul 2018
Interview
An initial telephone call. A two stage interview, followed by an opportunity to meet the team with a social drink and then an offer.
The first interview was fairly informal with an exploratory chat around my experience and the function of the opportunity. It was a chance for me to promote my attributes and experience. It felt like a mutually beneficial conversation where I wass encouraged to ask questions. The company's history was explained to me and I enjoyed the experience.
The interview was oral, with competency based questions, the attire was informal (smart casual) and I felt that the questions were intelligently designed for me to showcase my capabilities rather than to emphasise or discover areas of knowledge that I didn't have.
The 2nd interview was more complex as I was asked to plan and strategise how I would make a success of the opportunity. We delved into market viability and I knew that what was discussed at this point would become the core of the proposition. Again, this felt like an open forum with positive supportive questioning .
I felt that the opportunity to meet the team was a nice touch, I got to spend time with a good cross section of the workforce and it was good to see that Juggle practices as it preaches, providing a flexible environment to maximise productivity in a democratic meritocratic ecosystem.
