The process was pretty simple and straight forward. Had an initial phone interview with HR. Once I got pass that, I had a panel interview with the top two sales managers and the sales director. Mostly about experience, why sales, etc. Just be confident, personable, and speak about how any experience you have will be suitable for a sales job.
