I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (Bengaluru) in May 2010
Interview
It was a nice process. I was told after successful phone screening that there will be 5-6 rounds of technical interview. I gave very good first and second interview. In third interview which was mixed of both technical and personal, manager told that they are going to make an offer to me if I clear next two non technical rounds with Sr Mgr and director.
They didn't grill unnecessarily. Gave a one big problem which was sufficient enough to gauge my technical, analytical and collaboration skills. and luckily I impressed them.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (Bengaluru) in Aug 2025
Interview
It was worst interview experience I have ever had. Interview has 7 rounds spanning over 3 months. All rounds were in US time zone. After last round there was no communication for 3 weeks. I called for enquiry and was informed that they don't need a staff engineer now instead they need a lower rank role. Very unprofessional company. I will suggest never waste time by appearing interview for this unprofessional organisation
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Juniper Networks (Bengaluru) in Dec 2022
Interview
Extremely unprofessional interview process. The interviewer isn't capable of evaluating and has very poor technical understanding. They scheduled 3 rounds back to back but took only one despite confirming that there will be 3 rounds no matter what the feedback is. Provided all optimal solutions to 3 problems asked but not sure what their judgement criteria is. Overall very poor and unprofessional interview experience.
