This vacancy has been opened past year and I've been thru first HR screening and then a technical screening with a clear promise that I'd be evaluated by a technical commission in a 4h technical interview including labs and troubleshooting. After 3 weeks of no responses/feedbacks whatsoever, I simply gave up. Months later, the same recruiter contacted me saying that those positions/requisitions were closed and re-opened now. A new HR plus a round of technical/certification-like screening happened between the recruiter and I. All questions properly and quickly responded. All expectations set and a new promise of a more dense technical interview to happen. And again? No feedback/contact for weeks... What happened? She was so responsive and then disappeared. Again. 3 emails sent and all 'timed out' on her mailbox. Completely ignored. Well, browsing on LinkedIn and then? The same positions are now there, opened again. I messaged her on LinkedIn and no responses but she continues posting things here and there. I'm assuming she's ashamed of responding me. She was great in all opportunities but providing with no feedback about the status of the requisitions is unacceptable.

The interviewers were expecting you to know everything. Felt frustrated being interrupted every time and asked for every bit in every packet. Questions about: ARP, IS-IS, BGP, Multicast, MPLS, MVPN, VXLAN, RSVP, Linux, Python, etc.
