Interview
The interview process was really well organized with great communication from the recruiting team. I received a follow up from the recruiting team within 24 hours of completing each round, which is so great to see in the current market.
There was four rounds - Recruiter Screen, Hiring Manager Interview, Case Study, and a 5 interview panel.
They were kind enough to break up my panel into separate days to accommodate scheduling. However, the back to back panel with each session lasting 45 minutes would be tough if I did it all in one day. Everyone I met with was incredibly kind, and asked thoughtful questions and it felt extremely conversational. The recruiters sent an email before each round to give an overview of what each interview would consist of. The process explored everything from industry knowledge to gaining more personal insights about your EQ and self awareness.
Overall: a bit lengthy but the team and people made it a lot less painful.
