HR round followed by four phone interviews followed by a take-home case that had two presentation rounds.
From the beginning, there was no clear insight into what the interview process would look like. HR set me up for an interview with hiring manager, who then scheduled a follow-up interview with someone else. Then again two other phone interviews. I kept asking the recruiting coordinator on what should be the expectation, how many phone interviews I should expect. But, no response. After a marathon of phone interviews, I got a case interview. First, there was a coaching call to review my ideas with the hiring manager. Then, there was a panel of six people to further review the presentation ideas and ask some questions. All this is fine. But after investing so much time and effort, the company just sent out a standard reject email saying they are going to reconsider the timing for this role. They didn't even have the courtesy to call or to give any feedback as to what went wrong. After investing so much time and effort, I think one at least deserves some feedback or a call from one of the thousand people you spoke with, explaining what is it that they didn't like.
Terribly disappointed with the experience.
