Interview
The communication was sparse. Offered no feedback. Very communication in a silo type situation. Round one was AI round two was with I think somebody had a head of school. Did not feel warm or inviting very awkward. Pay was low for the amount of travel needed.

Interview
Simple phone interview and then an onsite. Disappointed that no-one ever got back to me to tell me that I was not under consideration. It is simple courtesy when someone takes time off to drive to your site and meet with you and your staff that you should at least send an email informing you that you were not match.
