Good interview, it was a panel style which wasn't very well organized. Multiple managers trying to ask applicant questions at the same time. None of them were able to elaborate on the duties of the job when asked, due to being from completely different areas of the company.

What would you say to a caller experiencing suicidal ideation? This is a common occurrence and it would be required employees are equipped to "talk them off a ledge."
