Interview
A Technical assessment was used to evaluate understanding of CPQ concepts, software development skills, and ability to contribute to the company's goals. This was in line with KBMax's business model.

Question 1
The interviewers delved deep into technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and cultural fit within the organization.
Like most hiring processes this one began with a phone screening. The next interview was also over the phone with more people and was a pretty typical interview, just remote instead of in person. The final step was a skills test which took place on a computer where I performed exercises while sharing my screen so they could observe my performance.

Interview
The entire process took place remotely. After an initial phone screen I was invited to complete live programming and CAD exercises with my screen shared over GoToMeeting. After this there was a conference call with a larger group.
