Interview
First I was interviewed for technical stuff and I cleared it
second I was interviewed by HR via webcam for nearly 1 hour - I think that was just a formality
They don't meet the industry standards. I have 4 years of experince, my final quote was 6.8 lacs p/a including 10% variable and I said I won't go below that, they were unable to meet ehe expectation.
The interview process includes two technical rounds, followed by a final HR round.
Technical rounds concentrated more on C++, Autosar concepts, and they more foucus on the C++11/14, and good to have knowledge on python.
