Interview
Pretty simple. They just want to know you are personable. I had 2 interviews. One of which was a zoom call with a lady at HQ the second was in person at the store.
Easy, one on one. Interview is with store manager, really relaxed and low stress environment. Questions are fairly general about past retail experience (as a worker and as a consumer), very friendly.
