I spoke with a KTH representative that graduated from the same university with the same degree. He was very excited and asked if I was available for an interview after speaking for about 20 minutes. I was interviewed by both him and an HR rep the next day. The interview was very informal, lacking the "tell me about a time when...." kind of questions, which I hate. They asked about the kind of culture I was looking for, how much work I was willing to put in, and overall just judging my character/work ethic as a whole. They asked about things on my resume (which they asked for when I arrived) and what kind of experience I had in specific areas (design, management, CAD, PM). Overall it was a great interview where I felt like they not only wanted someone qualified to do the job, but someone that would enjoy being there and would fit in with the company. They were upfront about overtime and the uniform and answered any questions I had.
