Interview
I came in for an interview after being reached out to on LinkedIn. Two individuals interviewed me in the first round. It was very casual, and they were very friendly. No crazy, off the wall questions. Standard interview stuff.
For the second round, I met the team I’d be working with. Again, super friendly folks. I then met with one of the senior staff, who asked me about my goals and employment/education history. He asked my current salary as well prior to making his offer. I was very green at the time and didn’t think anything of telling him, so that’s on me for answering.

Kind of a strange experience actually. I kept getting invited for a phone interview for a Digital Marketing position but just before the interview i got an email saying that the call was cancelled. This happened 2x and then told they are moving forward with other applicants.... huh?
