Very casual. Asked some questions about teaching experience and also some basic questions . Was invited in the for a second interview in which I had to give a pre prepared demo lesson (topic of your choice) to a couple of students. Very friendly otherwise

'describe a moment when you were proud to be a teacher' Questions are not necessarily meant to have the perfect answer but supposed to get you to talk about your experience and approach in the classroom, and to reveal your personality

Took about an hour the usual questions. I would say there were no surprises. The room had no air conditioning though and it was a hot day so it was very very hot.

I applied online then I was called in for a teaching audition. There were six of us in the room at one time and two of us ended up getting hired. We each had five minutes to teach any subject of our choice other than ESL. I was then interviewed one on one with the Academic Manager.
