I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kaseya
Interview
The process started by phone interview with a Kaseya recruiter. Everything went well and we set up a virtual interview with a team leader. This interview went well. Mind you through this whole process I made it clear that I would be relocating (3 hours away) and both the recruiter and team leader were acceptive and supportive of this through each interview. After the virtual interview, the team leader wanted to set up an in person interview on location. I drove 3 hours each way to this interview where once again, everything went well and I was introduced to the other teams and team leads. It ended with the team lead wanting to setup the last interview with his boss. A week later I once again drove 3 hours each way to meet the team leads boss where everything went well until we got to the subject of relocating. Here is where he made it seem like a deal breaker and that he was worried I would not be committed if I had to relocate (I had already said several times at this point I would be more then willing to relocate???) I was then told I would hear back the next afternoon. I did not hear back until 3 days later from the original recruiter saying that the top boss doesn't like the relocation factor and that I should write a letter expressing that I am willing to relocate and do whatever it takes to get this job and send it to him. I did this and never heard anything back being essentially ghosted by all parties. I basically wasted almost a month of my life during this process as well as the travel costs that all came out of my pocket for the in person interviews. So if you are needing to relocate for a position, good luck.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Previous performance Are you willing to "grind" for success
They contacted me, scheduled the interview, no showed, then ghosted me. I understand hiring managers fet busy but for a company of that size with their resources one would think they have an automated Rejection email.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kaseya (Norwalk, CT) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was straight forward. The recruiter Gabriela was extremely helpful through every step, letting me know what the next phases of the process would look like. When working around my schedule to ensure I was continuing with the process, she was phenomenal.
It was actually great. Gabriela was awesome with me and I hopefully join in the future for an IT position. Great feedback overall from the team, smooth process and offer. Great benefits
