Applied online got called in. Sat with one of the assistant managers. They get a feel for your personality but job related questions were simple if you have worked in retail.

Customer service questions such as you see a customer looking around but they don’t seem to know what they are looking for how do you approach them?
Had two interviews, both were behavioral but everyone was very sweet and it felt more like a conversation than a rigid interview process. The overall process took about 2 weeks.
